Prepositions

This morning with my class of 3-4 year olds:

Me: Touch your heads!
Students puts hands on heads.

Me: Touch your ears!
Students put hands on ears.

Me: Touch your shoulders!
Students put hands on shoulders.

Me: Touch your nose!
Students put fingers in nose. 

Me: Yuck! Take those out!
Students look at me as if that was the worst suggestion they've ever heard and continue digging further. Bleh!
